Used Frank today for a transfer of computer info onto our new computer (Windows 10 to Windows 11). He was punctual, knowledgeable and patient - took a lot of time with our many questions. Would definitely recommend him for all your computer needs.

I had the pleasure of using the services of Frank from Gimmibyte. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I decided that it was not beneficial for me to repair my computer, he helped direct me to the best computer to fit my needs. Actually, went on line to look up computers for me and took time out of his schedule to look at pictures of computers that I texted him and gave me his thoughts on the computer. I highly recommend him for your computer needs.

He just finished setting up my new laptop and printer - an arduous endeavor for me, but his expertise and patience got the job done easily while explaining the process along the way - I highly recommend Frank and GimmiBYTE!

I had a great experience with Frank at GimmiBYTE! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick in diagnosing and fixing my computer issue. Since I use my computer for my work-from-home job, speed was crucial, and Frank made sure to get my desktop back to me in a little over 24hrs. The pricing was fair, and I really appreciated the efficiency and professionalism. Frank has definitely earned a lifelong customer! Highly recommend his services!
